Checklist for a healthy relationship -


You have a shared and acceptable idea of where you will go or be in the future

You support each other’s health and grow one another’s confidence

You enjoy and celebrate each other’s successes

You are proud of each other anywhere you find yourselfs

You encourage and support each other’s independent goals

You hold each other to the same high standards

You feel physically and emotionally safe in each other’s presence

You understand your differences and respectfully disagree

You can be honest with each other without fear of reprimand.

You feel safe to voice your opinions or negotiate changes

You enjoy spending time together and respect each other’s need for space

You don’t feel less of yourself after having a conversation

You find inner worth and satisfaction, which i inner peace! And so on
