According to a statement issued by the Director of Press to the Governor, Abdullahi Bego, until his appointment, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali was Permanent Secretary, Administration at the Governor’s Office.
He was recently appointed the Secretary to the State Government in acting capacity, following the dissolution of the State Executive Council (SEC) on 28th May 2015.
Baba Mallam Wali, a Member of the National Institute (MNI), holds a BA Degree in Geography (1981) and a Masters’ Degree in Rural Development (1986) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
The appointment is to be effected immediately.
